Group Captain Pola Aanand Naidu (Retd.) brings over three decades of leadership experience across technology-driven organizations, public policy, cybersecurity, aviation, and regulatory affairs. A distinguished veteran and respected industry leader, he currently serves in advisory and leadership roles across multiple organizations, including ISAC, CopConnect, Tactical Cyberange Simulations, and NALSAR University of Law.
His expertise spans cyber law, policy formulation, regulatory compliance, strategic planning, organizational transformation, and startup mentoring. He has played a pivotal role in advancing cybercrime awareness, digital safety initiatives, and capacity-building programs across India. Through his extensive experience in governance, risk management, and national security, he provides invaluable strategic guidance to the firm and its clients.

Priyanka Vaidyanath

Priyanka Vaidyanath is a cyber law professional, educator, and public policy advocate with significant experience in cybercrime intervention, digital safety, and legal awareness. As Head of CopConnect Operations and CSR at ISAC, she has assisted victims in hundreds of cybercrime cases while leading impactful community outreach initiatives across India.

An accomplished academic, Priyanka holds an LL.M. in Constitutional and Administrative Law and has received recognition for academic excellence and legal research at both national and international forums. Her work in cyber law policy, digital literacy, online safety, and victim support has earned widespread recognition, including her recent honour as a “Safe Community Advocate.” Through her experience, she brings deep expertise in cyber law, policy development, public education, and emerging digital challenges.

Rathan V Sagar

Rathan V Sagar is a technology and commercial law practitioner with a practice spanning cyber law, technology regulation, real estate, land litigation, commercial transactions, mediation, and criminal matters.
